Eileen has been in the telecommunications industry for over 20 years
including 10 working for independent phone companies supervising
customer operations including repair and special services, implementing
state and federal regulatory programs, managing the introduction of new
lines of business, and as a major accounts executive.
Eileen joined Cronin Communications in 1996 subsequently acquiring the
company in 2001. With Cronin, Eileen has continued to focus on critical
operational issues facing her clients including the development of CLEC,
Long Distance, CAP, Internet, and non-traditional lines of business. In
addition, she has provided implementation services including rate
development and regulatory filings, contract and interconnection
negotiation, order processing, invoice verification and training
services to her clients. She has also worked with venture capital firms
providing diligence on a variety of acquisition projects. Through her
revenue assurance activities, Eileen has recovered $2M for her clients
by successfully pursuing refunds for incorrect charges as well as
successfully defending against billing disputes issued to her clients.
Eileen has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from
the University of Rochester and additional graduate work in valuation
engineering and accounting. She serves on the board of University Telcom,
the CLEC operation of Kentucky Christian University.
